CECS App ("the app", "we", "us") is a companion controller for the Central Exhibit Control System (CECS). It connects only to your own CECS desktop software on your local network or your private VPN to view and control exhibit hardware. This policy explains how the app handles information.
We do not collect, store, or share any personal data. The app contains no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking.
The app uses the camera only to scan a pairing QR code displayed by your CECS desktop. Camera images are processed on your device and are never stored or transmitted.
The username and password you enter are sent only to your own CECS system in order to sign in. They are not sent to the developer or any third party.
The app communicates only with the CECS desktop address that you configure (on your local network or VPN). No data is sent to the developer's servers.
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share any information with third parties.
We take reasonable measures to keep the app secure. Communication with your CECS system stays within your own network or private VPN.
The app is a professional control tool and is not directed at children.
