By using CECS App, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Requirements

CECS App is a companion controller and requires a running, licensed Central Exhibit Control System (CECS) on your network. The app does not function on its own.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code

4. Authentication

You sign in using credentials provided by your CECS system administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and trademarks in the app are the property of their owner and may not be copied or used without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
